Northfield Farm Cottages consist of two spacious 3-bedroom semi-detached cottages, set in the outstanding natural beauty of the Lincolnshire Wolds, each sleeping up to 4 guests.  The cottages are perfectly placed for an “away-from-it-all” holiday with countryside walks through rolling farmland right from your door.

Our rates are all inclusive of heating, electricity, linen, towels and pets. Interconnecting doors can convert the two cottages into one, sleeping a party of up to 8.  You can book directly with the owners or via Airbnb.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible each cottage features:

  • 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single;
  • Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and shaver point;
  • Well equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and automatic washer/dryer;
  • Free to use fast WiFi;
  • Oil-fired central heating and double glazed windows;
  • An open fire in the lounge with firewood included;
  • Freeview TV;
  • Garden furniture is available for outdoor relaxing & dining;
  • Ample car parking close to the cottages.

Children are welcome and a cot/highchair can be provided by prior arrangement.

Dogs and other pets are welcome by prior arrangement without extra charge. All electricity, heating, bedding & towels are included.

We also offer short breaks all year round and can cater for long-term stays for instance whilst moving house, please enquire about availability.
